No Returns / No Exchanges
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Refunds (Exceptions)
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Products – If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos or video). We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a refund or replacement.
- Billing Errors – If you were incorrectly charged or billed more than once, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Processing of Refunds
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
